1. What this site is

Offbeatnomad ("the site") is a travel marketplace in development. The site currently runs as a development preview: all listings are samples shown for illustration, and bookings, payments and accounts are not available.

2. Sample content

Sample listings do not represent real availability, prices or suppliers, and cannot be booked. Nothing on the site in its current state creates a booking, reservation, purchase or contract.

3. Future features

Features such as bookings, payments, accounts and supplier onboarding are in development. The terms that govern them will be published on this page before those features open. Use of those features will be subject to the terms in force at that time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping or bulk copying, no interfering with its operation, no unlawful use.

5. Intellectual property

The Offbeatnomad name, logos, design and site content may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Changes

These terms will change as the platform develops. The date above shows the current version.
